Unfortunately, Wizzy won't let me perform a full-year recall of our data, and I don't blame them. It's a lot of data just from our store; I can't imagine what all the other ones must have.

There's not much I can say about this app, because I don't do that much. I have set up some stuff, and their merchandising feature will hopefully improve with time.

Their team is super quick and responsive. Problems get solved in less than 24 hours almost all the time.

Smile - Loyalty software that works hard

Apart from the numbers you see above, the thing that I like most about the Smile software is the team behind it. Founder Mike Rossi built a powerhouse piece of software that powers many large brands on Shopify. Our tiny little store stumbled upon this software because I was looking to replace our affiliate software with something that made sense for our business model. Little did I know what this software would turn into.

With Smile, we could offer store credit instead of cash payouts, meaning we could incentivize both the receiver of the referral and the one sending to shop with us. This was a really high-value point for me.

As we were crafting our membership program, Country Life+, I brought up the idea, "What if only members had reward points? This could help drive more regular customers to be members..."

Vhualla, as you see in the numbers above, it worked. Like a charm. Thank you, Smile team! 🫡
