By the Numbers is positioned as a data and analytics app, but it provides so much more than just accurate analytics and reporting for your Shopify store. The app integrates with major ad networks for audiences, helps you understand the LTV of your customers, and is just an all-around great tool to use when growing a Shopify store.
Here are some of the most valuable things I get from using this app.
Accurate analytics & reports - this helps me understand what's going on in the store and inform decision-making.
Dashboard
Customer analysis/segmentation - because this app was installed before I got here, I didn't get to see how this was done. It's pretty remarkable how the app can group customers based on their purchase behavior.
Preset Segments
Audience building - the software integrates with Google, Klaviyo, TikTok, and Meta, letting you build audiences for retargeting or exclusions.
Audience Builder
Forecasting and setting goals - one of the fun features they offer is setting sales goals. Being that it is my job to increase sales, it feels like running on a hamster wheel —and I love it. Each month, they have a prediction of total sales, and I aim to beat it by my goals. Recently, powerful AI features were released, making forecasting even better. Their executive summary is extremely insightful, and the feedback often leads me to take action.
My Goals
This is just a brief list of the things that I find valuable when using the app. What lies beneath the surface of the screenshots is a team deeply rooted in having accurate data and fair prices. Cyrus, their CFO, is one of the nicest guys I've come across in the Shopify app space. When they rolled out all their AI tools, I brought up a concern to him, and he personally addressed it immediately. I can't thank their team enough for meeting us where we are and helping us out.
Conclusion: This is one of the best Shopify store analytics tools available in the Shopify App Store.
